Iraq is the fifth largest importer from Turkey in July

The Turkish Statistics Authority announced, on Tuesday, that Iraq was the fifth largest importer from Turkey, indicating an increase in Turkey's exports by 10.2 percent in July.
The authority said in a report seen by "Al-Iqtisad News", that "Turkey's exports rose by 10.2 percent last July, compared to the same month last year, indicating that" the value of exports during last July amounted to 16 billion and 415 million dollars."
She added that "Turkey's imports in the same month also witnessed a rise of 16.8 percent, compared to July 2020, where the value of Turkey's imports during July amounted to 20 billion and 693 million dollars."
She pointed out that Iraq came fifth in Turkish exports to the world last July, with a value of 772 million dollars, while Germany was the main partner country for exports with 446 million dollars, followed by the United States of America with 57 billion dollars, the United Kingdom with 983 million dollars and Italy 803 million dollars. million dollars, indicating that the proportion of the first five countries of the total exports amounted to 30.8% in July 2021.
She explained that "Iraq also came fifth in Turkey's exports to the countries of the world in the period from January to last July 2021, with a financial value of 5 billion and 663 million dollars, while Germany was the main partner country for exports for the same period at 10 billion and 832 million dollars. dollars. It was followed by the United States of America with 7 billion and 830 million dollars, the United Kingdom with 7 billion and 227 million dollars, and Italy with 6 billion and 277 million dollars," noting that the proportion of the first five countries of the total exports amounted to 31.2% in the period from January to July 2021. .
