Shafaq News/ The "Asa'ib Ahl al-Haq" movement led by Qais al-Khazali, on Friday, blamed external parties for manipulating the election results, and renewed its adherence and its allies in the coordinating framework to peaceful protests until the election results were canceled and manually recounted and sorted some stations around which there were suspicions of fraud.
A member of the movement's political bureau and spokesman, Mahmoud al-Rubaie, told Shafaq News Agency, "The coordinating framework and its peacefully protesting audience insist on its demands to cancel the announced election results, and to manually recount and count stations around which suspicions of fraud and stabbing hover, and awaiting the response that will result from these demands, to determine the next steps for peaceful protests.
Al-Rubaie added, "There are various complaints and appeals that the concerned authorities must deal with transparently and clearly, and that the announced results be consistent with the mass vote in general, because the public feels that its votes have been stolen."
He pointed out that "the peaceful protests aim to achieve the right, especially with the targeting of many clear and specific names in the Al-Fateh coalition, and in other political entities, including the representatives (Hassan Salem, Abdul-Amir Taiban, and Muhammad Abdul-Karim Al-Baldawi), these people voted for by many, as well as the President of Former minister Haider al-Abadi, as well as others in the Wisdom Movement, and therefore the protest and sit-in protest is based on this issue and that the results did not correspond to the mass exit (voters).
Al-Rubaie pointed out that "the obvious confusion that accompanied the work of the commission has not revealed its causes so far, and this confirms the extent of its confusion," suggesting that "external influences that tampered with the election results played a role in influencing the work of the commission."
He continued, "According to our information, there are several roles shared by Israel, Britain and America, as well as Emirati funds and hands in cooperation with internal effective and influential parties on the Commission," stressing that this matter "has become clear to all Iraqis."
The Asaib Asaib spokesman called on the Iraqi judicial authorities to "disclose these parties and deal with them judicially in accordance with legal and administrative procedures."
And if the court rejected the appeals submitted to it, Al-Rubaie said, "For every recent incident, we will remain committed to peaceful protest methods, in addition to increasing popular and political pressure."
Regarding the use of the Popular Mobilization members in escalating the protests, between Al-Rubaie, that “the elements of the crowd voted within the general suffrage, and therefore they are individuals whose voices have been stolen and their protests must be expressed. their rejection of the results.
