    Ministry spokesman Abdul-Zahra Al-Hindawi told the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the country's conditions during the past years have been unstable in the development and other sectors, and the ministry has made plans since 2010 that focused on development in all sectors, but the conditions and crises have hindered the implementation of the plans."     He added, "The ministry had a five-year development plan for the years 2013-2017 that included a number of important strategic projects, but the entry of ISIS terrorist gangs hampered their implementation."
    He added, "The Corona pandemic obstructed the Ministry's plan 2018-2022 and the accompanying effects of the economic crisis resulting from it and the drop in oil prices," stressing that "the plan to recover from the economic and social repercussions of the Corona pandemic was launched, and it is over two years and will continue until 2023, and is considered complementary to the plan." five-year".
    He also pointed out that "there is work under the so-called national document for long-term population policies, based on a set of axes, including empowering and absorbing young people, especially since they represent the largest segment of society, and it also includes the axis of housing and work to advance in this sector and bridge the gap in it. ".
    He added, "The third axis includes work on the health sector and its development and enabling citizens to obtain health and medical services. There is also the axis of education, the axis of services and the need to provide the best services and attention to infrastructure, and a sixth axis on partnership with the private sector as it is a fundamental and real foundation for development in the country."
