    Today, Sunday, the representative of the Anbar Governorate Office, Muhammad Mishaal Fayhan, who supervises the Yarmouk residential complex initiative, revealed the details of the project, while noting that the families of the martyrs of the Popular Mobilization and the rest of the security services were exempted from paying the advance amount.
    Faihan said, in a statement to the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the province pays attention to the families of the martyrs to provide all the needs and requirements, as the technical and engineering staff took the initiative to complete more than 25 percent of the work related to the residential houses in the Yarmouk complex, with high specifications, with emphasis on the provision and delivery of services." of water, electricity, and purification stations, as well as markets, schools, health centers, recreational places, and others.

    He explained, "The complex contains 537 housing units, and 100 housing units have been allocated as a first meal for the families of the martyrs, and there are other meals that will be launched after the allocation of the amounts by the Central Bank," noting that "this is the first initiative and was named the Yarmouk Residential Complex and consists of 100 units." Residential, and the construction will be horizontal, with areas ranging between 200 and 250 meters, and a total area of ​​83 acres.
    He added, "The initiative came to support the families of the martyred and wounded Mujahideen from the Popular Mobilization and other security services," noting that "it has provided more than 400 job opportunities in various specializations."
    He pointed out, "The time period in which housing units can be delivered is 180 days, and the amount allocated by the Central Bank is 100 million per house, and the payment will be over about 20 years," noting that "the family of the martyrs is exempted from paying the advance amount, and the implementing company bears all fees, In addition to a pledge by the governorate representative to complete the administrative procedures related to the treatment of the martyr's family.

    He continued, "All ministries are supportive of this vital project, foremost of which are the interior and municipalities, and work is underway to hand over the role to its beneficiaries within the established schedules."
