Legal Counsel confirmed that Dr. Haidar al-Abbadi is capable of forming a government of technocrats being a specialist and engineer known and holds a doctorate degree.
The adviser, Ahmed al-Abadi hoped to take the prime minister-designate resolute action and quick able to return displaced persons and migrants to their homes and the application of the principle of let bygones be bygones to bridge the trust with all segments of Iraqi society and start building a social contract and a new national.
