Alsumaria correspondent said, "The Kurdish parties held a meeting this morning to discuss the elections of the Kurdistan Region, in the presence of the UN envoy, Plasschaert, and the President of the Kurdistan Region, Nechirvan Barzani, at the headquarters of the Region's Presidency in Erbil Governorate."
The reporter added, "During the meeting, the Kurdish parties discussed the issue of amending the electoral law from one district to four districts, the issue of activating the electoral commission, liquidating the voter lists, and discussing the date of the elections."
