The President of the Republic, Dr. Barham Salih, affirmed that the attack on the city of Erbil is a condemned criminal act.
The President of the Republic said in a tweet to him on Twitter, "The attack on the city of Erbil is a condemned and reprehensible criminal act targeting national efforts to protect the country's security and the safety of citizens."
He added, "We must stand firmly against attempts to plunge the country into chaos and undermine security and stability, and we must unify the national ranks and consolidate the reference of the state and its security services against outlaws."
