Today, Sunday, MP from the State of Law coalition, Muhammad Al-Shammari, confirmed that the Prime Minister-designate, Muhammad Al-Sudani, follows a special mechanism in selecting candidates for ministries, adding that the voting session on the cabinet will take place next Thursday or Saturday of next week.
Al-Shammari said in a press interview, "Prime Minister-designate Muhammad Shia deals with all political blocs on one level," stressing that "the voting session on the cabinet will take place next Thursday or Saturday of next week."
He added, "The quotas of the ministerial blocs are made according to the number of points and weight within the parliament, and there is no encroachment by a bloc on the other blocs in maturity, as is currently rumored," noting that "the Sudanese are now looking for qualified personalities from the candidates for the ministries and it will not take much time."
And he continued, "Al-Sudani stands at the same distance from all political blocs by following a special mechanism in selecting candidates and submitting them to a special committee for evaluation."
