    Alsumaria News - Security

    Minister of Interior Abdul Amir Al-Shammari affirmed today, Thursday, that the judiciary is the basis for the ministry's work, while he renewed his support for the traffic police in applying and implementing the law.


    The ministry said in a statement received by Alsumaria News, "The Minister of Interior, Abd al-Amir al-Shammari, visited the Police Command of Nineveh Governorate, which he arrived yesterday with a high-ranking delegation from the Ministry of Interior, and held a meeting at the headquarters with a number of commanders and officers."






    According to the statement, Al-Shammari emphasized "the continuation of implementing the government curriculum according to the drawn plans, and the Ministry of Interior's handling of the security file inside the cities," stressing that "success in work is achieved through the evaluation of department managers."

    Al-Shammari added, "The doors of the Ministry of Interior are open to all officers and associates," reiterating his support for the traffic man.

    He called for "not hesitating in applying and implementing the law, and citizens must be dealt with with integrity and permanent cooperation with them," stressing "the support of the Anti-Narcotics Department to eradicate this scourge."


    The Minister of Interior visited the Presidency of the Nineveh Court of Appeal, and met with the president of the court and a number of judges, stressing that "the judiciary is the main basis for the work of the Ministry of Interior," according to the statement. 

    While the President of the Court of Appeal praised "the work of the joints and formations of the Ministry of the Interior," describing it as "the right arm for the implementation of the law."
