According to the statement, the minister pointed out that "the Ministry of Interior relies a lot on women's work to take further levels of development and growth and keep pace with the movement of security and service progress in the ministry, which everyone is witnessing during this period."
Al-Shammari stressed that "the successes of women in the Ministry of Interior depend on the implementation of the orders, directives and responsibilities entrusted to them in order to bring about a radical change in work for the better in order to achieve the hopes and aspirations pinned on it," noting that "the Ministry of Interior will work for its part to provide all requirements for the success of women's work." In the ministry and supporting it in achieving its goals by reaching levels of administrative and security responsibility.
