Today, Saturday, the Municipality of the capital, Baghdad, confirmed that the instructions for owning agricultural real estate had not been received.[/size]
[size=45]“We are awaiting instructions and controls for implementing the Cabinet’s decision to own agricultural lands for citizens, as they have not yet been issued, although the decision has entered into force,” said the Municipality’s spokesman, Muhammad al-Rubaie.[/size]
[size=45]And Al-Rubaie indicated that "the Council of Ministers has not issued any instructions and controls, so far, in order to proceed with the implementation of this decision, and we await the issuance of instructions and controls, during the next week, so that citizens work to promote their transactions."[/size]
[size=45]At the end of last November, the Council of Ministers approved the instructions for transferring the gender of agricultural land and its ownership.[/size]
