The head of the National Wisdom Movement, Ammar al-Hakim, stressed today, Friday, during his meeting with the President of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Pavel Talabani, on resolving the problems between Baghdad and the Kurdistan region through dialogue and the constitution.
