The Ministry of Education has prepared a plan for the distribution of recently appointed lecturers, and announced that they will be included in the service system in the peripheral regions, districts and sub-districts for a period of no less than five years.
The Ministry's administrative deputy, Dr. Falah Al-Qaisi, told Al-Sabah: The process of distributing lecturers among schools will be based on the need for their specializations in order to bridge the existing shortage.
He added that the lecturers will fill vacancies in primary and secondary schools, stressing that the process of distributing them will be between the districts and sub-districts of each governorate, as they will be included in the system and law of the Ministry of Education for teachers and teachers, in addition to their inclusion in transfer and placement, just like their peers who are fixed on permanent staffing, as each of them will spend a service. For a period of not less than five years in the districts and sub-districts. And he added that the settlement process for the lecturers takes place after completing the administrative procedures for their confirmation, especially since the ministry announced the confirmation of a new batch of lecturers in the governorates of Diyala, Karkh II, Basra and Babel. For their part, newly confirmed lecturers in the Ministry of Education demanded the opening of more than one center for medical examination, as it is a special paragraph within the procedures for confirmation of permanent staffing. The existence of one center within each directorate led to a great momentum in the number of reviewing lecturers.
