Working for the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights with the government agencies concerned to establish a competent international court for crimes of genocide committed by terrorists and gangs Daash. This came during a meeting with Justice Minister Haider Zamili his office a delegation of organic Commission Bushra al-Obeidi and Fadel al-Gharawi, and discussed with them ways of cooperation between the Ministry and the Commission in the field of human rights, and monitor the genocide.
The spokesman said the ministry's official Haidar al-Saadi in a press statement: that the minister Zamili expressed his ministry's readiness to cooperate with the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights in this area, particularly in relation to the development of inmates in prisons reform of the ministry, noting that the Ministry of Justice is working on writing certificates guests survivors Badush prison massacre central and documented by a committee formed for this purpose. He noted that the Ministry of Justice called for the families of the victims slain Review Ministerial Committee formed
for the purpose of receiving complaints in preparation for submission to the concerned authorities, stressing the ministry's readiness to stand by humanitarian organizations in their quest to uncover the crimes of genocide and bring the perpetrators to justice. "
The al-Saadi said that the High Commission expensive organic collaboration with the Ministry of Justice and human rights organizations, and stressed the need to prosecute the perpetrators of a crime Badush prison and work to compensate the families of the victims.
