    [rtl]Baghdad - Iraq Today:

The President of the Kurdistan Region, Nechirvan Barzani, confirmed today, Wednesday, that the region is going through a difficult economic and financial situation as a result of stopping its oil exports by a decision of the International Court of Paris.

The region's president's speech came in a speech he delivered during the launch of the fifth conference of the National Union Party, held in the city of Sulaymaniyah.

Barzani renewed his call for the necessity of resolving the disputes and outstanding issues between Erbil and Baghdad on the basis of the constitution and the political agreements concluded between the two sides, which resulted in the formation of the current federal government headed by Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa al-Sudanese.[/rtl]
