    The Governor of Baghdad, Muhammad Jaber Al-Atta, announced today, Monday, the start of installing medical equipment from reliable international sources in the People’s General Hospital. 
    The governor said in a statement issued by the Government Media and Communication Department, received by the “Information” Agency, that “The People’s General Hospital is witnessing an increase in the progress of work carried out by the technical staff of the Engineering Department at all levels, as the completion rate has reached about 75%.”
    He added, "The current work includes installing medical devices from the German company Siemens, completing the interior facades and decorations according to the latest designs, cutting the interior walls and electrical connections, cooling works, laying ducts and pipes, making outdoor courtyards and gardens, installing kitchens, washing machines, elevators, and the latest devices and equipment." 
    Al-Atta pointed out, “There are some works that are almost complete, including installing the firefighting system and clear water and sewage lines,” pointing out that “the hospital includes 4 external gates separate from each other, with each gate serving its own purpose, and the hospital also includes a building For lobbies, which consist of (7) floors with cardiac, renal, and counseling suites, in addition to two parking garages built on an area of ​​(16) dunams, it also includes (5) buildings for doctors’ homes, with (22) apartments distributed over (5) floors, and a building For services, electric generators, immediate ambulance and surgery.”
    He pointed out that "the project is a qualitative leap in health facilities, and its design is one of the architectural designs that consist of a group of buildings linked together by corridors that facilitate movement for all patients and medical staff." Ended/25
