Today, Monday (October 30, 2023), members of the House of Representatives submitted more than 40 parliamentary signatures to close the American Embassy in Baghdad and expel the ambassador from Iraq.
According to the document, obtained by "Baghdad Today", it included a request by Representative Alaa Al-Rikabi and a number of members of the House of Representatives to hold an extraordinary session for the Palestinian cause, close the American embassy, expel the ambassador, and suspend diplomatic relations with countries that support the Zionist entity.
