    Deputy
    of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) led by President Jalal
    Talabani, Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki's claim in his house "with no
    legal immunity for MPs if their views outside the dome of the
    Parliament, libel and defamation practices and hold them accountable for
    [agitation], as the quantization of mouths".

    Abdullah said all Iraq [where] "this step is incorrect and does not fall
    within the democratic framework and call on the Prime Minister to back
    away from such a move because it is not in the right direction and

    Abdullah said that "according to
    the same article which stipulates that deputy immunity, I found cases
    where arrest Attorney, [if he commits a crime remarkable], and in this
    case there are procedures".

    "During the legislative term cannot
    attorney may be arrested only with the consent of the Presidency of the
    Chamber of Deputies, as it applies outside the legislative term."

    The
    [where] revealed a letter from Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki to the

    Council if said outside the dome of the Parliament, libel and defamation

    As the
    Secretary-General of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers
    by Helms in the message from Al-Maliki to Parliament that "some members
    of the House of representatives made the remarks on television
    sometimes include crimes placed under the responsibility and punishment
    and symbols which are in the category of crimes [incitement] to commit
    certain crimes", pointing out that "immunity of Member of the House of
    representatives does not mean it covers offences committed by the
    Attorney under the cover of such immunity, for the freedom and dignity
    of the citizen guaranteed by the Constitution either by an administrator
    on the State or irresponsible. "

    "What some lawmakers raised the
    hatred and indignation by the parliamentary system, and this system was
    ideal pleasure guaranteed methods and insults and abuse on people's
    rights and protects parliamentarians from prosecution law, as well as
