The leader of the Anbar United Alliance, Abdul Wahab Al-Bilawi, suggested on Wednesday that defections from the Taqadum Party will increase during the coming period, while he stressed that the Al-Halbousi scandals have not yet ended and dealing with the Zionist company will not pass through this silence.
Al-Bilawi said in an interview, “There are well-known figures in the western governorates who will not be satisfied to remain within the Taqaddam Party after the fraud scandal by its president,” noting that “Halbousi’s exit will give the opportunity to many blocs that want to work and reform in Anbar Governorate.”
He continued, “Al-Halbousi harnessed the security elements and senior positions in order to continue imposing his control over Anbar Governorate,” pointing out that “the phenomenon of gagging the mouths that was imposed by the expelled Speaker of the House of Representatives, Muhammad Al-Halbousi, ended with the forgery scandal.”
He added, “Proving Al-Halbousi’s fraud from the Federal Supreme Court is the end point for the latter and the Taqaddam Ma’an party,” adding that “Al-Halbousi’s scandals have not ended yet, and dealings with the Zionist company will not pass through this silence.”
Earlier, the leader of the Anbar United Alliance, Taha Abdul Ghani, confirmed that the return of Muhammad Al-Halbousi’s influence on the Sunni arena is ironic, as he lost power without returning, pointing out that Al-Halbousi’s power and his threat to his opponents have ended, and only the antics remain.
The Federal Supreme Court had previously decided to terminate the membership of the ousted Speaker of the House of Representatives, Muhammad al-Halbousi, based on a forgery lawsuit filed by Representative Laith al-Dulaimi. Ended / 25 J
