Deputy Chairman of the National Sindh Bloc, Faleh Khazali, confirmed on Saturday that the decision to evacuate American forces from Iraqi territory was long overdue, calling on the government to adhere to Article 50 of the Constitution to preserve Iraqi sovereignty.

Al-Khazali said in an interview with Al-Maalouma Agency, “The American presence in Iraq strengthens our confidence that these forces are occupied,” noting that “the evacuation of American forces from Iraq was long overdue.”
He added, "The American presence in Iraq has no legal cover after the fifth of January 2020," stressing that "the removal of American forces from Iraq is binding on the government."
Earlier, the representative of the coordination framework, Mahdia Abdel Hassan, confirmed to Al-Maalouma that the American presence on Iraqi territory violates Iraqi sovereignty, noting that Iraq has the ability to protect its territory. Ended / 25 H
