He said al-Mutlaq, that there are "other problems not addressed in the federal budget, including those related to a fall in global oil prices, revenues and exports."

For its part, demanded that a member of the parliamentary finance committee, Najiba Najib, in an interview to the newspaper (range), the government need to "speed up the amendment of the budget and send it to parliament."

Revealed Najib, for "lack of resolution of the Technical Committee, which is reviewing the draft budget, within the Cabinet, ordered her to address the important items," she "wait direct the new finance minister, Hoshyar Zebari, his duties to inform the House of Representatives on the details of the budget by about accurate and detailed."

The Council of Ministers decided in (the thirtieth of September 2014), the formation of a technical committee headed by the Ministry of Finance and the membership of the ministries of oil, planning and the central bank and the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, to discuss the problems of the budget.
