Sanad said in a statement, “The articles that were canceled by the 2024 budget tables from the texts of the 2023 Budget Law, and they are three texts that cannot be canceled except by texts, and they are, the petrodollar, 2.5 trillion for the governorates for strategic projects, and the surplus achieved above the $70 that goes to the oil-producing governorates.” .
He added, "Therefore, it is not permissible for a schedule to cancel an effective legal text, unless it passes the same amendment mechanisms, which are three votes."
