The Housing Fund sets the maximum limit for its loans and the repayment period

{Economic: Al-Furat News} The Director General of the Housing Fund of the Ministry of Construction and Housing, Dhia Al-Moujd, announced the maximum limit for the Fund’s loans.
Al-Mojed said in a press statement, “The maximum limit is 60 million dinars, to be paid over a period of 15 years.”
He pointed out that the disbursement "depends on the stage of construction. If the building is in the 'veil' stage, 30% is given, in the next stage 40%, and at the roof and finishing stage, the remaining 30% is given."
It is noteworthy that the Housing Fund is currently working on granting loans to citizens for the purpose of building or adding to a building, and it also provides loans to companies for the purpose of building residential complexes, Director General of the Fund.
