[rtl]Today, Sunday, the Minister of Industry and Minerals, Khaled Battal, directed the full mobilization of all efforts and capabilities to complete the steel factory and its engineering services at the General Iron and Steel Company in Basra Governorate.[/rtl]
[rtl]The Ministry of Industry stated in a statement received by Al-Eqtisad News, that “the minister’s directive came during the emergency meeting that he chaired with officials in the ministry and those concerned with implementing the project in the General Iron and Steel Company, the Ibn Majid General Company, and the Turkish UB Holding Company,” noting that “seeing... Developments in the work stages and discussion of a number of technical matters related to the installation and operation of the factory’s machines and equipment.”[/rtl]
[rtl]The Minister reiterated "the importance of this strategic project, which is considered one of the important projects of the Ministry and falls within its priorities in implementing the government program and one of the most important industrial projects that we promised the Iraqis to revive and restore work and production during this year," stressing "the necessity of intensifying efforts and accelerating work steps to complete the project." The project is coming soon.”[/rtl]
