    Information/Report..
From the north, there are Turkish violations of Iraqi sovereignty and talk of controlling an Iraqi province. From the west, there is the occupation of an oil bank by the Jordanian side. From the south, Kuwait is practicing its recklessness in exploring Iraqi oil fields, in addition to the failure to approve the Iraqi budget and achieve the most important popular demand, ending the American presence. It will hold its session next Saturday, and its agenda is devoid of all these topics.

Four laws that may not touch the lives of citizens will be discussed next Saturday in a session from which the Speaker of the House of Representatives will be absent due to the lack of agreement on a figure for the next seven months. This is clear government negligence despite the construction of bridges in Baghdad and their maintenance twice a week.
    *Government negligence
Speaking about this file, State of Law Coalition member Saad Al-Mutalibi questioned the current government’s actions regarding the Turkish occupation and Kuwaiti violations around the Al-Nawakhda field, while stressing that the House of Representatives bears responsibility for what is happening.
Al-Mutalibi said in a statement to Al-Maalouma Agency, "What is happening in terms of the current government's negligence in its work is not the concern of the House of Representatives, since the constitution emphasizes the separation of powers," noting that "despite the constitutional text, the House of Representatives remains negligent after questioning the Prime Minister and ministers to investigate what is happening."
He added, "The current session of the House of Representatives is not as strong as the previous sessions, and there is no talk of questioning the Prime Minister to investigate the violations that have occurred," noting that "the ambitions of the Kuwaitis are backed by American support."
    *Kuwaiti ambitions
In this regard, economic expert Diaa Mohsen said that after the Kuwaitis realized the extent of their losses in Mubarak Port, they resorted to attempts to harm Iraq economically by drilling in the Al-Nawakhda field.
Mohsen said in a statement to Al-Maalouma Agency, "The Grand Faw Port shattered the Kuwaitis' hopes for Mubarak Port and greatly harmed their economy, so Kuwait resorted to other ways to harm Iraq," noting that "exploration in the Al-Nawakhtha field represents a violation of Iraq's sovereignty and the government must act immediately to stop it."
He continued, "The Iraqi government respects the rights of the Kuwaiti neighbor, but it will not remain silent about the stealthy plundering of the country's wealth by the Kuwaiti side," noting that "Kuwait's provocation of Iraq may cost them a lot economically and even politically, and they must deal with the spirit of a neighboring state."
It is noteworthy that Kuwait announced yesterday the offering of the Al-Nukhdha field for investment after the installation of towers by companies for the purpose of production, despite the fact that it is located within Iraqi territorial waters, in addition to the ongoing Turkish violations of northern Iraq.
