     Information/ Salah El-Din
A security source revealed, on Wednesday, that the Ministry of Interior issued immediate instructions to investigate the Baiji crime.
The source told Al-Maalouma Agency, "Immediate instructions were issued by the Ministry of Interior to form an investigation team to uncover the circumstances of the murder of an entire family in the middle of Baiji district in Salah al-Din, noting that the victims were a father, a mother and their son."
He added, "The circumstances of the crime are still unclear and the reasons cannot be predicted without waiting for the results of the investigation, but initial indications point to it being a criminal offence and not a terrorist one."
He pointed out that "a tight security cordon was imposed around the crime scene, with surveillance cameras being examined in order to detect any clues that might reveal the identity of the perpetrators."
It is reported that 3 members of one family were killed in their home in Baiji district this morning, with some rooms of the house being burned. End 25 F
