According to a statement by the National Security Advisor's media office, received by Sumaria News, this came during NATO Council's hosting of Al-Araji, at the invitation of the Italian Ambassador to the Alliance, Marco Peronacci.

Al-Araji renewed Iraq's demand for the participants in the dialogue held in the Belgian capital, Brussels, who represent 32 countries, to withdraw their citizens from the Syrian Al-Hawl camp due to the great danger posed by the continued presence of this camp, in addition to continuing cooperation and partnership with NATO in the field of training Iraqi security forces and benefiting from the Alliance's expertise, but without any military or combat units, according to the statement.

According to the statement, the representatives of the NATO countries praised Iraq's continued cooperation in enhancing the security and stability of the region, noting that Iraq has made great strides in consolidating the foundations of its security and stability, stressing the importance of continuing this cooperation, in a way that serves the sustainability of security and stability at the regional and global levels.
