Legal expert, Amir Al-Dumaidi, said on Tuesday that the accused of stealing the century, Haitham Al-Jubouri, did not attend the two previous trials in a row.
Al-Dumaimi added, in a post on his Facebook page, which was followed by "Al-Eqtisad News", that "the issuance of an arrest warrant by the Anti-Corruption Criminal Court in Karkh against the accused, Haitham Al-Jubouri, who was bailed, and the cancellation of the bail, this means that the case referred to the court includes Nour Zuhair and Haitham Al-Jubouri together."
He stressed that "this means that Haitham Al-Jubouri did not attend the two consecutive trials."
