    Many important laws are still pending on the shelves of Parliament, and the reasons for the delay in their enactment include the absence of representatives or the boycott of sessions, which usually occurs as a result of a conflict of interest.

    Some indicate several methods that can be resorted to to reduce the absence of representatives and achieve the numerical majority quorum at the very least to facilitate the process of passing important laws.

    Popular circles are awaiting the passing of many important laws, especially service and economic laws that have direct contact with the lives of citizens, and this requires parliamentary presence and insistence on achieving the public interest without factional and personal interests.
