    Said Minister of State for Provincial Affairs Ahmed al-Jubouri, proceed to work the transfer of powers to local governments, stressing that "we look forward to the next government to work on reducing the ministries to eliminate excessive liquidity."


     Jubouri said during a news conference in the third deliberative meeting of the transfer of powers in the capital Baghdad, quoted by the agency {Euphrates News} "The ministries made positive amendments, to be accessible to the level serves the provinces," stressing that "we need laws for the purpose of walking this step the right direction."  He pointed out that "the transfer of powers law serves the citizens and that he will hold new amendments to the law," referring to "the lack of a time limit determines the law." He concluded, "will soon hold a coordination conference in the presence of Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, and representatives of all the provinces in the holy city of Karbala."
