    Baghdad (newsletter) ...Ministry
    of science waltknologba signed a memorandum of understanding with the
    European Union to build a landfill of radioactive nuclear with 2 million
    euros.


    The Ministry said in a
    statement received (News Agency news) on Thursday that the Ambassador
    of the European Union Jana hibashkov said in a joint press conference
    with Israeli Science Minister Abdel Karim Al-samarrai said the
    memorandum of understanding signed on come update of the programmes and
    activities started with Iraq since 2008.


    She added: the memorandum of understanding
    whereby the European Union granted Iraq a grant of 2 million euros for
    the design and creation of a landfill of radioactive nuclear, as well as
    the training of a number of scientists in this field because the
    subject of nuclear safety is very important especially in Iraq.

    She: a Convention to be concluded next
    year include the establishment of a mobile chemical Labs, saying that
    Iraq is working to transparent in this area will also have good
    experience in dealing with nuclear waste.

    From Samurai said that this memorandum of
    understanding is a window to a maximum of 3 years, which must be
    liquidation of all nuclear installations.


    He added: the amount of a grant rather than a
    loan from the European Union and that this comes in support of Iraq for
    the implementation of a peaceful nuclear programme, pointing out that
    the pollution but Iraq controlled and infrequent and does not cause any

    Hard to imagine that a country under Ch7 restrictions, due to aggressive actions against thier neighbors would receive a grant for building a Nuclear anything...
