Said the advisers in the prime minister of a government commission currently holds the development of mechanisms for the application of four economic laws designed to protect domestic product, stressing that the Commission will complete its work this year.
The head of the advisers in the prime minister Thamer Ghadban said that "there is a government committee working to develop mechanisms to activate the package of economic laws four to protect the local product and which require action on the ground as law tariff which needs to install mechanisms to collect the border points, including the Kurdistan region to the presence of thousands materials organized in tables are priced. "
He added that "also includes finding mechanisms and modern methods of automation and information systems shall send the information on a daily basis to the federal government and all of that measures need time to complete and it is hoped that the end of the proceedings of the Committee this year."
He continued that "the purpose of the application of the four laws are for the protection of the local product and make it compete with the imported products as long as they preserve the Products from rising prices." The Cabinet decided last July to postpone the tariff law after it was scheduled to start its application earlier this month itself.
