    [ltr] Download Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, yesterday, once again on the government of his predecessor, Nuri al-Maliki blaming it of responsibility for the waste of public money, and accused of mismanagement and attention to the suffering of the citizens.  For the second time in one week Abadi waging a harsh criticism against his predecessor, Nuri al-Maliki.
    The contract Abadi, on Tuesday, closed-door meeting with a representative of the religious authority in Karbala Ahmed net.  A reporter (range Press), said that the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi was held in one of the hospital rooms guarantor closed-door meeting with a representative of the religious authority in Karbala, Ahmad Safi.  This came during his participation for the opening of the Abbasid threshold sponsor's Hospital, in the governorate.

    In a related development, Abadi pointed out that "the previous government contributed to the general waste operations Iraqi funds and across all the previous budgets," noting that "the reasons for sources of waste come from poor management, organization and lack of interest by the previous government."
    Prime Minister said that "there is a real problem in the Iraqi State Administration causing Petrhl year in the previous budgets, because of the policies adopted by the previous government and which have caused loss and wasting public money." 
    He pointed out the prime minister that "man has always depends on the nature of his life on a certain pattern and style, which makes any process of change is surrounded by rejection and non-acceptance," pointing out that "there are ways and methods may be better than the previous ones adopted by the citizen as a basis in his dealings and conduct his pension. "
    He said al-Abadi said "the resistance and rejection faced by the reform processes come mostly by spoilers who know very well that if the application and implementation of the reforms will be affected as a result of these variables packs," pointing out that "there are other people deduced from reform because of the wrong perception that the change followed The Iraqi government will cause damage to their legitimate interests, which is not true. "
