Bayati said in an interview with Alsumaria's News, "The 2016 budget has not been submitted so far on the Council of Ministers," adding that "the committee was formed by the Council of Ministers of Planning and Finance is currently working on the budget situation and hence the adoption of the higher oil price with the fluctuation of oil prices between 40 and 50 dollars per barrel. "

He said al-Bayati, that "the budget did not acknowledge until now in the Council of Ministers, so the budget will not be up to the House of Representatives during the current week and next," likely that "up to the beginning of the month of November."
He pointed to al-Bayati, that "members of the House of Representatives are working at present on a preliminary idea about budget priorities," asserting that "these priorities will be things of service and salaries, while the rest of the things will be postponed."
The Ministry of Finance estimated in, (16 September 2015), the rate of the price of oil within the 2016 budget to $ 45 and the rate of export 3.6 million barrels per day, noting that the budget revenues will amount to more than 84 thousand trillion and 73 billion dinars.
