    in the Presidency of the Republic, on Monday, Vice President Al-khudair
    traveled to Doha, Qatar, at the head of a high-level delegation to head
    Iraq's delegation at the Summit, said the Arabic decision preside over
    Iraq's delegation to Iraq came after consultations between the
    Presidency of the Republic and the Ministers.

    participation in the Doha Summit came after consultations between the
    Presidency of the Republic and the Prime Minister, "Al-khuzai

    about limiting participation of Iraq in the Arabic Summit in the Qatari

    Some

    President Al-khudhair to Iraq delegation to participate in the Doha
    Summit scheduled for the end of the month, instead of Prime Minister
    Nouri al-Maliki, who on several occasions has criticized the country's
    positions in the region, notably Syria.

    However, the Foreign
    Ministry announced Sunday, Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari said Iraq
    will deliver a speech at the opening session of the Summit scheduled in
    Doha in Arabic on Tuesday, confirmed that the Summit would discuss a
    number of issues including Palestine, Syria and others.

    The Iraq
    last March hosted the twenty-third session where he participated in the
    21 Arab countries except Syria have not been invited to attend the
    Summit because of suspension, and nine Arab leaders attended the Summit
    are President of the Comoros, ikililou dhoinine NTC Abdeljalil, Mohammed
    Al marzouqi, Tunisian President and Palestinian Prime Minister Mahmud
    Abbas, Sharif Sheikh Ahmed, Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir called for
    the International Criminal Court on charges of genocide, Lebanese
    President Michel Suleiman and the Emir of Kuwait Sabah Morning,
    Djibouti's Ismail Omar Guelleh, in addition to Iraqi President Jalal
    Talabani, and the Conference adopted recommendations for activating
    cooperation especially in the field of Economics Caron, transport and
    security.
