[ltr]BAGHDAD / obelisk announced that US Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter, Wednesday, that the strength of the new US Special Operations arrived in Iraq to begin their tasks against al Daash.
Carter said in a speech to soldiers from the 101st Airborne that "force currently exist in Iraq and is preparing to work with the Iraqi forces to target the organization Daash," according to the report published by "Sky News" and I followed, "the obelisk."
Carter was announced last month his intention to deploy "a specialized force for rapid intervention targeting."
