[ltr]The Commission on Security and Defense in Parliament on Tuesday that the Iraqi Intelligence Service Act will pass during the current legislative term.[/ltr]
[ltr]The committee member said Majid Ghraoui L / balance News /, said that "there are important laws will be legislation in the current legislative chapter, especially the National Intelligence Service Act after it was disabled in the past."[/ltr]
[ltr]He pointed out that "most of the political blocs agreed on the legislation and there are no objections about it."[/ltr]
[ltr]He Gharawi, said that "this law will work according to certain regulations do not allow him to penetrate the Constitution, such as listening in on phone calls to officials, as the intelligence apparatus has devices imported and contracted with reputable companies, but there are limitations to some things you need to approvals from the House of Representatives until the work is carried out, such as listening to terrorist entities and elements suspected as recognized by the judiciary and the constitution. [ltr]The House decision Niazi Ihsanoglu, said earlier that there is a necessity to enact the intelligence service law because it is able to monitor and follow up on all suspicious elements that are trying to destabilize security in Iraq and the imposition of the power of state and government to protect all citizens.
