    The governor of Basra Majed Nasraoui his quest toward the oil investment, and other areas in order to maximize imports of the province.

    Among Nasraoui that "Basra province is heading toward the oil investment and other fields in order to expand the imports, and the establishment of a number of other projects proposed for implementation by payment on credit," calling on companies located in the exhibition to submit proposals for projects to be implemented in the province, such as the port of Faw, and the construction of desalination plants, in addition to the construction of the dam. 
    He said the governor of Basra "The exhibition sends a message to reassure foreign oil companies, also opens up the prospect of cooperation for companies wishing to work in the province," explaining that "Basra where a lot of investment in the oil and gas sector opportunities." 
    Noteworthy that the 105 institutions from 22 countries, the company, including Egypt, Italy, and the United States participates in Basra International Fair of oil and gas sixth annual session to be held on the land of the province of Basra
