    Counting Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, said on Wednesday that coordination between the government and the provinces is the basis to upgrade the country is not permissible to "antagonism or conflict", and among that Iraq will come out harder and stronger than the difficulties encountered, reiterated to continue the transfer of powers to the provinces.
    He said the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi in a statement received (range Press), a copy of which presided over the supreme body of a coordination meeting between the provinces that "Iraq will emerge from the challenges faced by the stronger and harder, but we need everyone's cooperation and patience that does not mean surrender."
    Abadi said that "the coordination and cooperation between the federal government and the provinces is the basis to upgrade the country and provide services to citizens, a joint is not permissible contradistinction or conflict."
    He continued Abadi, that "the economic and financial challenge is one of the more challenges we face but we can surpass the good planning, there are strategies for the government to maximize government revenues and stimulate the economy," noting that "we have reduced government spending significantly, which has seen a significant expansion of the former."
    Abadi renewed emphasis on the "continue the transfer of powers to the provinces and move it forward," stressing "the importance of investment to be opened on the basis of transparent, clear and well thought out the door."
    The Chairman of the Council of Ministers that "the security situation is also the economic and financial situation, and there we have the challenge of organized crime and kidnapping that we face intelligence effort."
