    [ltr]The head of the parliamentary committee for human rights Arshad Salhi, Sunday, that the committee will monitor all prisons, declaring monitoring the situation of torture in one of the Interior Ministry in Baghdad detention centers, and student at the same time, international and local civil society organizations documented Daash crimes in Anbar and monitoring the effects of the devastation.[/ltr]
    [ltr]Salehi said at a news conference Sunday, he said that "the international and local civil society organizations and stakeholders to document violations and crimes committed by Daash gangs in Anbar province and monitor the impact."[/ltr]
    [ltr]He explained that "Anbar today smashed the city and witness the removal of the rubble from the destruction caused by the Daash as a result of military operations and bombings process, but unfortunately have not been documenting the size of the damage inflicted on the city by Daash gangs."[/ltr]
    [ltr]He said he "can take advantage of this documentation in bringing complaints before international courts and ask the international community's commitment to its obligations," once again invited "international organizations and local authorities to document these violations promptly and not to miss it."[/ltr]
    [ltr]He pointed out that "the Human Rights Commission today visited a detention center in Baghdad, an arm of the Ministry of Interior, and it had detected a case of torture of detainees."[/ltr]
    [ltr]He talked about the interviews conducted by the Commission with the detainees as well as guests and lose access to their own situation.[/ltr]
    [ltr]"The Committee observed during the visit, cases of torture of detainees one by one investigative departments in 2013, noting that the committee" has documented to verify allegations of detainee. "[/ltr]
    [ltr]He stressed that "the Committee monitors all prisons and is not necessarily reveal the perpetrators of these crimes against the detainees," he said, adding that "The Committee continues to work the oversight which is guaranteed by the constitution and rules of procedure of the House of Representatives during other visits coming to all prisons and different their positions for the conditions of inmates and monitor their treatment according to human rights standards. "[/ltr]
    [ltr]He also stressed the need "to resolve the detainees who have been on them for over a year by the judiciary issues."[/ltr]
