    It confirmed the CMC, on Sunday, that the grant project fourth mobile license "is currently restricted," while blaming the lawsuit against the Ministry of Communications regarding her rights to obtain a license.
    The Board of Trustees of the body member Khalil pilot, in an interview to the (long-Presse), said that "the issue of granting of the fourth mobile license to the applicant companies to get them restricted until now," attributing it to "the lawsuit brought by the Ministry of Communications regarding her rights to obtain fourth license. "
    He said the pilot, "The case is still managed in the corridors of the judiciary has not been resolved so far," pointing out that "after the Cabinet's decision to give the Commission the power to proceed by using its powers to grant the license-fourth, were surprised by the presence of a court dispute between the Commission and the ministry has not yet been decided."
    A member of the Board of Trustees of the CMC, said: "This judicial dispute has not been decided if it means not to proceed with any action regarding the fourth license."
    And on the launch of the fourth generation (4 G) explained the pilot, that "it depends on the resolution of the issue of the fourth license is mounted on the fourth generation."
    The Ministry of Communications Ezzat, on Monday, the (8 February 2016), to refer the fourth mobile license for the private sector to the "economic situation that is currently experienced by the country," stressing that it will be participating company that would win them through the best use of the infrastructure.
    The Ministry of Communications, revealed in (the 28th of January 2016), the withdrawal of the Cabinet for the fourth license, upon request, the CMC, saying it continues to pursue its "right" to have it legally.
    The Communications and Media Commission confirmed in (13 December 2015), that the amount of the fourth license is held up to three billion dollars, indicating that it had received requests from international companies to get a license, and that the Ministry of Communications has resorted to the judiciary instead of applying for them.
    The CMC announced (25 October 2015), will launch the fourth license for mobile phones in conjunction with the launch of the fourth generation system early in 2016, and showed that the launch of the fourth generation system will be according to an auction where competing companies operating in Iraq now, as well as The Ministry of communications and other companies.
