The Ministry of Commerce, said on Sunday that Baghdad Council is not authorized to deduct thousand dinars for receiving the ration card items, stressing that he has no right to board Add any amounts, according to the law.
The Minister of Trade and agency Mohammed Shia 'Al Sudani, in a statement received "light News," a copy of which, "The ministry has nothing to do with any decision which is deducted the amount of one thousand dinars from citizens, as well as lack of the Baghdad Provincial Council expires, adding additional amounts on the ration card according to the law ".
He explained that "any agreement on this did not happen with the Council of Baghdad," noting that "the ministry concerned according to the law ration cards nor any party has the right to add other payments or deduction."
The statement noted that "what comes out of the statements or press releases to members of the Board of Baghdad does not mean that decisions are being applied on the ground that it did not take prescription awareness is not issued by the central government."
