    [ltr]Diwaniya Provincial Council revealed, on Sunday, the existence of talks with foreign companies for the implementation of service projects obsolete payment term, stating that he will agree on these projects soon.[/ltr]
    [ltr]Said Council member Iyad Abbas's / balances News /, that "as a result of the financial crisis, which stopped many ongoing and new projects, the local government has resorted to hauling all those projects into the stomach plan for the purpose of implementing Order-term."[/ltr]
    [ltr]He added, "There are very important projects will be agreed upon soon, once and for all, such as hospitals, roads and Almjsrat after the completion of the political crisis in Baghdad because it certainly will reflect negatively on the provinces."[/ltr]
    [ltr]He explained, "The companies that intend to contract with them is characterized by a high standard so that it can implement large-scale projects and we will ask the list of its achievements and financial balance, only to be given priority will be given certainly to foreign companies on the grounds that it has a great ability to manage projects well and efficiently."[/ltr]
    [ltr]He pointed out, "it was held several meetings with Chinese financial and Iranian and Turkish companies and discussed with them by the contracting department in the province under the supervision of the governor." 
    The financial crisis faced by the country stopped many service projects in all governorates.[/ltr]
