Twilight News British newspaper The Guardian / said the former director of the company (Agis) for security services admitted that the company has hired fighters from Sierra Leone were fighting in their country when they were children, in the decades to work as mercenaries in Iraq.
The paper adds that James Ellery explained that the company did so without being scrutinized in the history of these mercenaries because their salaries and the costs of their contracts were much less than their counterparts from the European mercenaries.
The newspaper attributed to Ellery former officer in the British Army as saying "It is possible that the forces are recruiting more experienced and quality of Britain but of course it will be much more expensive."
He adds Ellery told the newspaper that this fact imposes on companies to go to other areas, to recruit mercenaries like Knibal or Asian countries to Africa, which was made by the company, and confirms that the company has contracted with mercenaries from Sierra Leone did not ask them if they previously fought during their childhood.
According to the newspaper that the company entered into a multi-million dollar contracts to provide mercenaries who protect US military camps in Iraq from the beginning of 2004.
He adds that the mercenaries coming from Sierra Leone were getting $ 16 a day to work in Iraq and that it came after the security companies searching for less expensive mercenaries in the world and it turns out that they come from Sierra Leone.
