MP from the Union of Iraqi forces Raad Aldhlki, there will be no meeting of the House of Representatives unless there is a "political contract" between the blocks, while noting that "it is time" to Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi to resign.
Aldhlki said, "What happened after the entry of demonstrators to the Green Zone, Iraq has entered a new phase in the political process," stressing that "there will be no session of parliament unless there is a political contract and political guarantees between the blocks."
He Aldhlki, that "It is time for Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi to resign from office," adding that "there is the vision of the political blocs replacing the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces because of his weakness."
