" 
    He explained the agricultural," the agreement aims to prepare a precautionary approach on environment and development to protect human health and the environment from persistent organic pollutants " , adding that "this agreement will ensure not to allow the export of hazardous chemicals which have influence long - term, quasi - static", stressing at the same time, that "it would help Iraq to get rid of these toxic and dangerous to the environment and human health as part of the ministry 's policy on Iraq in material access to achieve anintegrated and environmentally sound management and healthy materials with chemical and hazardous wastes. "
