    He added affectionate, that" the annexation of the marshes of the World Heritage list means moving from local to global which requires starting the implementation of the integrated management plan within theinternational standards for the protection and preservation of value , "adding that the " integrated management include the use of consultative approach with the local population and civil society , local and federal governments as well as international organizations, to manage the marsh file and execute projects -friendly environment in which to raise the economic and cultural level and the well - being of its residents and attract tourists to it from around the world. " 
    the United Nations Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (UNESCO) approved in ( the seventeenth of July 2016) to include the marshes and archaeological areas where, to the World Heritage list after all members vote to approve. Under UNESCO 's decision, the marshes and the archaeological sites that havebeen included on the World Heritage List are the Ur and Eridu and Hammar and Hovaiza Central and marshes in Dhi Qar, Maysan, the Warka in Al Muthanna, and Hur eastern ass in Basra.
