MP for the Bloc citizen member of the parliamentary legal committee Salim Chawki, on Friday, to resolve all contentious points on the draft general amnesty law.
Shawki said, in a statement, "the trend Press" obtained a copy of it, that "all the points of contention about the amnesty law has been resolved once and for all and the law is ready for presentation to a vote."
He explained that "the previous points of disagreement was with the Federation of Iraqi forces and the Liberal bloc and on the question of confidential informant, and the recognition by coercion, and the confessions of the accused on the other."
And between Shawqi, "an agreement was reached that in case of moving the suit, according to those mechanisms will be a retrial and a new investigation by ten judicial committees of a judicial authority, headed by a judge of first instance, be formed to resolve these issues."
He stressed that "the law in its current form is incomplete law and professional and will not allow the exit of each of their hands stained with the blood of Iraqis," pointing to "deliver the draft law after the agreement on the final version to the Presidium of the parliament."

"There is already an agreement introduced the law to vote at the meeting on Saturday."
