    [ltr]Served to Chairman of the Education Committee of the Council of Dhi Qar province , Shahid Ghalibi revealed today about a scandal that the Ministry of Education in Baghdad to appoint 900 teachers and teacher owners breeding conservative response to requestsfrom "influential" and based on personal relationships.[/ltr]
    [ltr]He Ghalibi in a press statement that he "received assurances from the ministry itself talked about the appointment of 900 teachers and teacher owners breeding Dhi Qar within the degrees of deletions and development , " adding that those appointments that took place through the medium came " in response to requests influential and based on personal relationships."[/ltr]
    [ltr]He explained that these degrees , "carved out of the share of the province amounting to six thousand degrees were awarded to people who controls legal requirements do not apply to them , " adding that " the Department of Education in the province wasforced to accept this appointment official direct to always give them because of ministerial orders were coming from Baghdad."[/ltr]
    [ltr]He Ghalibi "was supposed to all these grades to announce openly and officially, and that constitutes governmental committees to supervise their distribution to beneficiaries in the province."[/ltr]
    [ltr]Ghalibi did not disclose the length of time granted by these grades, and are powerful entities that were awarded to intervene.[/ltr]
