    Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki called for political blocs and to sit down at the negotiating table to resolve their differences to avoid Iraq sectarian region events.

    Al-Maliki said during a speech at the ceremony for the departure of Iraq from Chapter VII was held in Baghdad on Saturday

    Maliki referred to "the need to consolidate positions and political communications and information to counter the threat of sectarian freight and political tension in the region fuelled by owners of tribulation and takfiri which invites us to stand up in the storm that buffeted the region to preserve our country and what has been achieved over the past years and we say it frankly that nobody's a winner or a beneficiary of those events and everyone will be ironed with them."

    The Prime Minister called on politicians to "reject the sectarian rhetoric and cultists to protect our people and our country and not turn to sectarian and racial groups or tearing our country practices and preserve national unity and calm to avoid actually rose and exceeded the bloodshed of sectarian freight paid.

    "We are blessed by Iraq's exit from international sanctions and regained full sovereignty and control over its wealth and its economy and was not unique to the unity and the resolve and patience of the Iraqi people and wrapping with the national Government, which fought a strenuous and arduous negotiations with the United Nations and the countries of the world, especially with neighboring Kuwait was wise policy."

    Al-Maliki noted that Iraq saw the war with Al-Qaeda and militias over the years most of the stage were all wars experienced by Iraq but by the unity and the resolve of his sons we reunion national reconciliation through which we have been able to eject international troops and today out of international sanctions ".

    Al-Maliki "expressed his thanks to the UN Security Council, which voted to remove Iraq from Chapter VII United Nations and Kuwait" Iraq has sought a better relations with the countries of the world on the basis of mutual respect without interference in internal affairs ".

    The Security Council voted last Thursday mostly to exit Iraq of sanctions imposed under Chapter VII of the former regime's invasion of Kuwait in 1990.

    This article has to be related to the effects from the lifting of VII that in reality removes the PROGRAM RATE bestowed by the IMF and supported by the WORLD BANK and in favor of the VII sanction...?
